To lessen our environmental impact, we are attempting to provide a meatless coffee break and aperitif.

Lunches are not included in the conference charge, therefore if you want a lunch box, it costs 10 € per day. The lunch cost should be paid together with the conference registration price. Anyway, there are many options for having lunch near the conference venue.

*We are planning a conference excursion in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park on Saturday 10 May 2025. To support our logistic organization, we kindly ask you to confirm your participation. To cover the excursion costs the participation fee is 15 €. The fee should be paid simultaneously with the conference registration fee.

**We are organizing free pre-conference activities, such as workshops or seminars, that will be held during the morning of the starting day and/or the day before (5 May 2025). Because this idea is still a work in progress, the answer is considered only an expression of interest, so feel free to say yes.
